1. ORGANISER
The photo exebition is organised by photo-cinema club “KOZJAK 50″ Kumanovo, Macedonia.
2. PARTICIPATION
The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions.
Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.
The participation fee is 15 euro or 20 dollars send together with photos.
3. SECTIONS
Open (one category – color or B/W)
Nature

Nature photography is restricted to the use of the photographic process to depict observations from all branches of natural history, except anthropology and archeology, in such a fashion that a well informed person will be able to identify the subject material and to certify as to its honest presentation. The story telling value of a photograph must be weighed more than the pictorial quality. Human elements shall not be present, except on the rare occasion where those human elements enhance the nature story. The presence of scientific bands on wild animals is acceptable. Photographs of artificially produced hybrid plants or animals, mounted specimens, or obviously set arrangements, are ineligible, as is any form of manipulation that alters the truth of the photographic statement. No elements may be moved, cloned, added, deleted, rearranged or combined. No manipulation or modification is permitted except resizing, cropping, selective lightening or darkening, and restoration of original color of the scene. No special effect filters can be applied. Any sharpening must appear natural.
4. NUMBER AND IDENTIFICATION OF PHOTOS
To participate in INTERNATIONAL FAIR OF PHOTOGRAPHY “PHOTO SALON KUMANOVO 2010” the authors apply with black & white or color works. Maximum number of photos is four (4) by category. No title or identification of the maker shall be written anywhere on the face of an image. An entrant’s four images will be presented to the judges consecutively. Entry form and contact info must be written in one of the official FIAP languages.
Photos are sent in digital form as a picture file with minimum dimension 20×30 cm at 300 dpi. The name of the picture file must contain first the name, the surname and the number of the photo as in this exemple: namesurname01.jpg, namesurname03.
5. THE EXHIBITION CALENDER
Closing date: 01.09.2010
Judging: 07.09.2010
Notification: 09.09.2010
Exhibition date: 01.10.2010 at city gallery of Kumanovo
Delivery of the catalogues and awards to the authors by December 2010.
6. SUBMISSION OF WORKS
Photos are sent in digital form as a picture file with minimum dimension 20×30 cm at 300 dpi. The name of the picture file must contain first the name, the surname and the number of the photo as in this exemple: namesurname01.jpg, namesurname03. The works of authors with the application should be sent on this e-mail:

All participants of the competition (the authors who the submitted works and paid the participation fee) eill receive catalogue.
